It has been a busy summer, time to catch everyone upon the campaign. I had my campaign announcement on July 2. We then had a float in the Norwalk 4th of July Parade with great participation and acknowledgment from the crowd.
The next weekend we participated in the New Virginia Old Settlers Parade and won best float in our category. I spent time with the Warren County Democrats at the Warren Count Fair at their booth. Met a lot of people and really started to get my name out in the community.
I spent the last two weeks of August working for Kim Sheets campaign for Warren County Auditor. Knocked a lot of doors in Norwalk and Greenfield Plaza and while working for Kim, I was able to get a plug in for me and my campaign.
The next few months will be spent arranging home meetings in the different communities in our district. I’ll probably start phone calling at the end of the year with door knocking to begin in late February or early March. While working for Kim, I realized the hard work and dedication it will take to win this election. With your support I believe we will make this happen.
